Immersion

Build

What kinds of companies do you work with?

We work with two main profiles: early-stage startups that need a real product built fast, and established businesses that have outgrown their current tools and need something custom. Industry is less relevant than the nature of the problem — if it involves software, web platforms, AI or workflow automation, it's likely a fit.

Do you only work with companies in Brazil?

We are based in Boituva, São Paulo state, and serve clients across Brazil — Sorocaba, Itu, Tatuí, Porto Feliz, and well beyond. We are 100% remote-capable and have no geographic restriction on who we work with, inside or outside Brazil.

How long does a typical project take?

An automation build or focused MVP can land in four to six weeks. A full custom platform or AI-core application runs anywhere from eight weeks to several months, depending on complexity. We give a realistic timeline estimate during the immersion stage — once scope is clear, we hold to it.

Can you take over a project that's already in progress?

Yes. We regularly inherit codebases. We start with a technical audit to understand what exists, what's solid, and what needs attention before we continue building. This typically adds a short discovery phase at the front, but it prevents costly surprises later in the engagement.

What happens after the product is launched?

The Evolution stage is a standing part of our process. After launch, we analyze user behavior data together, identify what's working and what isn't, and plan the next cycle of improvements. Ongoing retainer arrangements are available for clients who want continuous iteration support.

How does AI fit into a product that isn't "an AI product"?

AI doesn't have to be the headline feature to add serious value. Behind the scenes, it can classify incoming support requests, generate first drafts of documents, extract structured data from unstructured inputs, or power smart search. We look for places where intelligence reduces friction for your users or your team — not just places where we can say the product "uses AI."

Who owns the code and intellectual property?

You do. All code, designs and documentation produced during the engagement are your intellectual property. We transfer full ownership on project completion, along with access to all repositories, hosting accounts and third-party service credentials used in the build.
